WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Enjoy working with an outstanding team of digital professionals;
Lead or contribute to the key digital projects, mainly in customer data area, but not only;
Implement end-to-end data governance framework;
Contribute relevant input to activities within IKEA’s data acquisition, data processing and data storage happen according to the local and corporate regulations;
Drive adoption of the best practices and forefront technologies in Russia, including machine learning capabilities’;
Support and enable movement to global data platforms, securing ambitions to optimize value of data;
Responsible for overseeing data systems (solutions containing data) within country according to governance framework and enabling optimal usage, securing acquisition and storage of available data;
Monitor data trends in the country, including customer perceptions of data usage and potential regulation changes;
Monitor and follow up data quality and compliance to data management standards;
Have fun in unique corporate atmosphere!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Leadership and communication skills to cooperate with different stakeholders at all the levels for data related matters and drive data management agenda in Russia;
Teamwork skills and collaboration mindset to work across multiple teams in group digital as well as in other functions in Russia;
Project management skills to lead small/medium size data related projects;
Extensive knowledge of the principles of data management and administration;
Enterprise architecture skills to understand integrations and work with system architects;
Solid knowledge of the fast-moving data technology landscape;
Business analysis skills to analyze data models and flows;
Ability to have both, holistic view and digging into details.
