Hello! We are looking for a very sociable, attentive to customers, friendly and problem solving Customer Support Manager.

We offer a remote full-time employment, working hours: 12:00 - 21:00 (New York time)

The headquarters is in the USA.

The company provides a popular service for thousands of customers in USA.

What you will do:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via email (Zendesk).

• Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.

• Turning potential negative customer situations into positive experiences.

• Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to customers.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or to the developers.

• Provide exceptional customer experience as measured through customer surveys.

Requirements:

- Advanced English fluency.

- Exceptional written communication skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Self motivated, smart, enthusiastic, positive attitude.

- Highly organized, you can manage and prioritize several tasks.

- Customer service skills, ability to communicate with people and to solve their problems.
