To continue delivering the best possible customer experience we’re looking to expand our support team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Communicate with clients and leads mostly through the in-app chat, email and occasional internet calls.

  • Teach people how the app works, how to integrate their advertising platforms, build automated rules and resolve any issues they might have.

  • Participate in product development, report bugs and capture customer feedback.

What we expect

  • Excellent communication skills – polite and fluent English, both written and spoken is an absolute must.

  • You have an even-tempered, kind personality.

  • You find helping people genuinely satisfying.

  • Experience managing your own Facebook ad campaigns is a plus.
