Responsible for the establishment of e-commerce service and delivery business system in Russia, optimization of service and delivery business process, and improvement of E2E service perception of e-commerce consumers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily operation and production order management of the e-commerce service site in Russia, ensuring the rapid response and closed loop of various customer needs of company platform, and ensuring the professional and efficient operation of the site.
- Voice management and analysis of company E-commerce users in Russia, responsible for improving the professional capture and delivery capabilities of VOCs, collecting and analyzing consumer voices and needs, enhancing the value of sensory navigation, and promoting the continuous optimization of internal and external organizations and operations in the mall .
- Design of platform solutions and products for service and delivery in Russia, and responsible for promoting service and delivery product operations and service branding.
- Planning and operating the new business and value-added service capabilities of the platform, enhancing the medium- and long-term stickiness of e-commerce users, enhancing the profits of the mall, and being responsible for the operational efficiency and quality results of the new business and value-added services of the platform.
PROFESSIONAL Attribute
The ideal candidate will be a highly successful with relevant experience. The successful candidate will have:
- More than 3 years' work experience in e-commerce platform
- Native speaker in Russia, must fluent in English & Chinese
- Insight into 3C or e-commerce consumer psychology, with good industry insight and reference ability
- Possess the ability of project management, team management and data analysis
- Service and delivery platform management capabilities
- The management experience of call center, warehouse or logistics is a priority
