Main responsibilities:

  • Participation in CRM strategy development and implementation – acquisition, retention, re-purchase, loyalty program
  • Customer journey analysis and insights finding to increase CRM campaigns performance
  • Develop CRM communication plan and supervise campaigns execution (email, SMS, messengers)
  • Data-driven approach in CRM communication – insights & CRM system automatization (marketing cloud solution)
  • Lead management - contacts collection management on-line and off-line, analysis and conversion control
  • Trigger communications campaigns set up based on customer lifecycle
  • Customers` data management - ensure data quantity, analysis, segmentation
  • Database analytics and segmentation (RFM, scoring)
  • BI automated reporting development
  • CRM agency supervision – database analytics & CRM campaigns
  • Collaboration with related departments – IT, Marketing, Aftersales

Requirements (skills, knowledge and experience):

  • Solid experience in working with CRM system – Siebel (Orcale)
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Sales Force experience is a plus
  • BI / SQL, cloud based solutions
  • Experience in Omnichannel communications set up
  • Google & Yandex analytics experience
  • Fluent English
