We deliver unparalleled convenience to businesses and people, all the while creating millions of jobs. More than 1 million couriers are registered on the platform in 10 countries. They deliver millions of parcels per year. In order to keep pace, we are constantly looking for ambitious professionals to join our team. We have a lot of difficult tasks with no chance to be bored.

The mission of the Courier Ops Manager is to ensure we always have enough couriers on the platform as we're scaling our business to 10000 deliveries per day.

Responsibilities

  • You will need to find sources to attract couriers on market terms, set up onboarding, training and monitoring processes;
  • You will be in charge of recruiting and onboarding up to 500 new couriers each week;
  • Find reliable sources to attract 500 new couriers per week in Moscow and Saint Petersburg;
  • Understand the competitive landscape of the job market, and always be able to give an attractive offer to couriers to recruit and retain couriers better than our competittion; Develop scalable processes for onboarding & education, achieve 20% conversion from sign up to completed 1st contract;
  • Develop payments and courier support processes so that couriers are treated with respect and care to encourage repeat rate and retention;
  • Experiment with alternative modes of transport to find new efficient & cost-effective modes: elecro bikes, scooters.


Requirements

  • Prior experience with courier operations and logistics;
  • Ability to work with large audiences of contractors, empathy & solid negotiation skills;
  • Loyalty to principles and high integrity;
  • Emotional intelligence, openness to new, strong ability to listen and hear;
  • Active unsolicited habit of self-development;
  • Good spoken and written English.
