Content Operations

Responsibilities:

1. Auditing hot content for an App community, motivate key categories of quality content production; responsible for audit efficiency and quality.
2. Conducting local market research for user preferences and demand, constructing push notification and content library.
3. Other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Familiar with short video/content communities, such as Tik Tok/Kwai, and have knowledge for local users' preferences.
3. Work conscientiously and responsibly, able to work for different time shift, and able to withstand high work pressure.

Creator Operations

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for user operation, including searching, training, maintenance of quality UGC creators, improve the overall and vibe for the community.
2. Conducting local market research for user preferences and demand, constructing push notification and content library.
3. Other tasks assigned by superiors

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
