Responsibilities:

• Managing web content in an efficient and effective manner on YouTube and other VOD-platforms.
• Monitoring and reporting on content performance while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Exploring and developing new ways to increase viewers engagement.
• Content sharing across social to ensure maximum exposure.
• Composition of videos and playlists descriptions in an effective manner providing with SEO.
• Video publishing in accordance with set schedule.
• Monetization management operations in line with Head of division policy.
• Content cross promotions in line with Head of division brief.
• Tasks setting to designer (thumbnails, channels design).
• Periodically meta information update.
• Monitors experiments, iterates and adjusts as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Analytical mind.
• Responsible for your own work and have a full sense of ownership of allocated tasks.
• High organization with the ability to multitask, prioritize and handle time efficiently.
• Eye for detail.
• Passionate about online video.
• Experience supporting YouTube channel or website.
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with others.
• Native speaker of Arabic
• Knowledge of English: upper-intermediate level.
