Novakid.ru is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers. Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries.

We are looking for a new member to join our Content Department (development of English learning materials for online classes with a teacher and for self-practice, maintenance of the interactive content system)

Main responsibilities

• Maintain interactive content system work (run tests, fix problems)

• Produce content for English learning

• Analyse feedback on content from customers and teachers

• Make suggestions on content improvement

• Monitor and analyse KPIs and offer suggestions for improvements

• Proofread

Requirements:

• Fluent English (not lower than C1, both written and spoken)

• Fast learner

• High computer literacy

• Experience teaching English

• Responsibility

• Team work skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Higher education

Desired

• Experience developing English learning materials

• Logical and systematic thinking (IT related education or work experience is an advantage)

• Data analysis skills (including text data analysis, content analysis)

• Experience teaching English online

• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
