As a Business Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing P2P platform and managing users/merchants relationships across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for all things from business development, marketing to technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding P2P platform in Europe

  • Result-oriented, participate in the overall planning of user growth, propose practical product solutions

  • Maintain relationships with local VIP customers and users and generate interest

  • Improve market share by applying the competitive initiatives, assist in organizing product promotion activities

  • Collect first-hand market insights, regularly provide user feedback, and coordinate with other teams to solve customers issues

  • Perform regular market analysis

  • Organizing and maintaining documents, provide regular daily/weekly reports

  • Complete KPIs/OKRs assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven success in a similar role at blockchain/crypto or financial company

  • Background in business development or marketing

  • Strong communication skills with excellent relationship management and sales skills

  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills

  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures

  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and strong follow-up skills; proactive and collaborative

  • Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure

  • Russian - native, English - business level fluency

Good to Have

  • 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably experience in tech companies or advertising agencies

  • Experience buying/trading bitcoin/crypto or understanding of Binance’s products and ecosystem

  • Ukrainian language
