As a Business Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing clients/partners/agents’ relationships and expectations across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for all things from business development, marketing to technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding P2P merchant and channel resources in Europe
  • Participate in the overall planning of user growth, propose practical product solutions
  • Maintain relationships with local VIP customers and users and generate interest
  • Improve market share by applying the competitive initiatives
  • Collect first-hand market insights, regularly provide user feedback, and coordinate with other teams to solve customer issues
  • Perform regular market analysis
  • Participating in product promotion activities
  • Complete OKRs assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with excellent relationship management and sales skills, community management experience
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably experience in tech companies or advertising agencies
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment with strict deadlines, fast adaptability, responsible attitude to work
  • Result-oriented!
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding blockchain and cryptocurrencies, high interest in this industry.
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Language skills English (advanced), Russian
