This position is essential to VISARIGHT’s ongoing growth and scaling. We are looking for a proactive individual for a full-time role to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and implementing strategies, plans and procedures

• Implementation of automated hiring processes

• Seeking of new opportunities and improvement of existing business processes

• Implementation of automation processes to increase efficiency within the company

• Designing and analysing metrics that inform the success of the business

• Identification of qualified service providers and monitoring of execution

• Establishing new partnerships and collaborations

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment

• 3+ years of experience business roles, ideally with a spike in hiring

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

• Strong time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail & excellent problem-solving ability

• Excellent technical and analytical abilities

• Experience working with teams to estimate project timelines, set up milestones, and manage delivery expectations

• Self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude

How we work:

• VISARIGHT is an international team working in Berlin & Magdeburg (DE) and remotely.

• We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible, but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
