What you will do

• Prepare presentations and documentation

• Be a connection point between IT and business

• Work directly with the founders and help develop a scalable business model

• To participate in business requirements gathering and planning meetings/conference calls/workshops with an objective to elicit, analyze documents, and communicate business requirements to stakeholders

• Communication with customers

Job Requirements

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Minimum 2+ year's experiences as a BA/MA is a MUST

• Strong communication skills and solid numerical ability

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines

• High working capacity, neatness, attention to details, multitasking

• Fluent English and Russian speaking and writing abilities

• High degree of proficiency with Excel, Google Slides, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Graphic Design Software

• University degree (Bachelor / Master)

Nice to have

• A graduate/post-graduate degree in science or engineering would be an advantage

• Understanding of software development life cycle

• Good technical and/or operational knowledge of mining, metal, steel industries
