Responsibilities:

  • Run outbound sales efforts through calling, email, social activities towards inbound leads and for proactive hunting of new prospects.
  • Identify SMB/SME accounts in targeted geographies and identify leads within those accounts
  • Apply sales process and methods to present solutions to prospects, based customer needs & interests, overcome objections and use persuasive selling techniques to qualify lead for sales handover
  • Maintain and build relationship while delivering a positive customer experience
  • Achieve or exceed assigned business, pipeline and sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of complete portfolio of assigned products
  • Maintains general knowledge of competitive solutions
  • Conduct product demos & presentations
  • Gather and share customer, industry and market insights

Requirements:

  • Preferrable - Masters education done in English medium Or Study abroad

  • Indonesian/Bahasa (Native/C2 fluency)

  • 2 years of full-time post degree/diploma work experience as a B2B sales representative for English/Asian speaking markets

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience of using digital tools like, IP calling, email, virtual presentations for remote selling

  • Sales acumen with problem solving skills

  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills with degree of responsiveness and integrity
