Associate Product Manager (Space)

Space is an integrated team environment that provides teams and organizations with the tools they need to collaborate effectively and efficiently. It offers Git-based version control, code review, CI/CD automation based on Kotlin scripting, package repositories, planning tools, an issue tracker, chats, blogs, meetings, and a team directory.

We are looking for an experienced product manager who will help shape the future of Space. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of agile methodologies and relevant experience building work management solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Communicate with users (both internal and external), conduct UX interviews, and generate and test design hypotheses based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with the product designers to design the end-to-end user journey and pitch it to the whole Space team (80+ members).
• Work with other product managers and product designers to deliver a user experience that is consistent across the product. Space is an integrated solution and not a set of standalone tools, which is what differentiates it from other solutions on the market.
• Develop a system of metrics for assessing the success of Space.
• Perform quantitative research and competitive analysis to determine the best road map for the product.
• Take personal responsibility for the quality of the Space user experience.

We expect that you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in product management. Prior experience building work management solutions is a plus.
• Have a technical education or a software development background.
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of cloud computing systems and modern web technologies.
• Base your product development on market conditions and the needs of users.
• Can create a data-driven product development strategy based on market research.
• Can analyze data independently.
• Are fluent in English.
