This remote role will focus on implementing all the new things in our products that we write and dream about. You will require specification writing skills, good skills in communication and management and strong passion for innovation and excellence. You will be working side-by-side with Lead Product Manager and communication closely with Marketing, Development, Customer Care and other Teams to create exceptional products and services and offer our Customers the best experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against and support the vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned products;
• Develop technical documentation on business processes involving Customer interactions with our products and maintain this documentation up to date;
• Closely interact with and advise the development team on issues related to documentation, participate in product’s business testing;
• Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and constantly evaluate if developed solutions have solved the problem through these measures;
• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
• Be involved in the maintaining of the project backlog

Desired Experience & Skills

• 1+ years of experience in IT area
• Experienced in technical specification writing.
• Good technical understanding and experience working directly with engineers and designers
• Knowledge of product metrics and understanding of the influence of the Product Team’s activities on them
• Attentive to details
• Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience of product development for West European Market is a big plus
• English – at least C1 Reading/Writing skills
