Unit: Payments

Unit Mission: Erase borders and fees

Role: Analyst

Functions:

  • Grow transaction business, by finding usecases for crypto transactions with high traction.
  • Connect payment providers, crypto-fiat exchangers to ensure lowest exchange costs for users.
  • Enable crypto fiat trading pairs: minimize compliance risk, risk of storage of user funds, ensure liquidity of crypto-fiat trading pairs.
  • Optimize fee levels to ensure sustainable growth of fees from transaction business.
  • Update and prioritize backlog based on client feedback. Ensure weekly DEMO delivery of priority features.
  • Make payments unit KPIs real-time transparent and well-analyzed on a weekly basis.
  • Lay out and test product hypotheses.
  • Derive and present insights from analytics at sprint planning and companywide sync-ups.
  • Automate processes and user data collection to ensure quality, integrity, completeness and transparency of data

Requirements:

  • Practical experience of Python and SQL.
  • Experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, product hypotheses testing.
  • Practical experience in Data science / Machine learning is a strong plus.
  • C# is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Google analytics, Google Datastudio and other BI systems is a plus.
  • Experience in building database architecture for analytics storage is a strong plus.
