Unit Mission: Financial life at fingertips

Role: Analyst

Functions:

  • Grow number of daily active mobile users and fees they generate using retention cycle: triggers-craving-routine-reward
  • Provide information justified by competitive analysis and customer development for product roadmap and hypotheses testing
  • Accumulate, shape and prioritise client feedback to update and prioritise backlog. Ensure weekly DEMO delivery of priority features
  • Make mobile platform KPIs real-time transparent and well-analysed on a daily basis
  • Ensure quality, integrity and completeness of analytical data on mobile users in analytics database and dashboards
  • Conduct case interviews to hire best problemsolvers for analytics and product teams. Onboard with inspiring and stretching stories, OKRs, and missions.
  • Ensure stand-ups are assaults on impediments. Stories are Who/What/WHY. Demo or die: focus on priority features deliveries, prevent waste and chaos
  • Research the frontiers of UX in the market and make clear where we can deliver 10x higher value to a client

Requirements:

  • Practical experience of Python and SQL.
  • Experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, product hypotheses testing.
  • Practical experience in Data science / Machine learning is a strong plus.
  • C# is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Google analytics, Google Datastudio and other BI systems is a plus.
  • Experience in building database architecture for analytics storage is a strong plus.
