Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and contact new affiliates
- Handle any incoming queries and requests from new affiliates
- Ensure growth is achieved in terms of affiliate base for all main brands and product
- Ensure the best Affiliate deals and positions are being offered and negotiated
- Continuously optimise and negotiate deals to ensure best possible bottom line
- Communicate and collaborate with affiliates with updates of our latest campaigns
- Ensure that the affiliates have the appropriate media to push brand related communications
- Identify top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key affiliates
- Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve overall marketing campaigns and offer the most competitive welcome offers
- Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to continuously develop the Hero Gaming affiliate program for all brands through new and existing affiliate partners

Requirements:
- You are a hands-on affiliate marketing professional with a proven track record and solid working knowledge of affiliate marketing.
- You are tenacious, take initiative, you are a person with energy, enthusiasm and drive
- 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Sales related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communicator and ability to work towards monthly and quarterly targets
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Fluent in English.
