JOB PURPOSE:

• Execution of external account management and procedures
• Accounts data management

LOCATION: Office/Remote

DEPARTMENT: Operations

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Execute and coordinate external accounts opening and maintenance processes and procedures
• Design the account management process and work with IT development teams aiming for the maximum automation level
• Maintain external accounts database
• Ensure internal and external clients satisfaction
• Create and keep up-to-date relevant documentation and knowledge base publicly available within the organization
• Constantly improve the quality of the account management process
• Support external service providers relationships management process

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of financial markets and/or banking business infrastructure
• Static data management (collection, processing, structuring, reporting) experience
• Fluent English and Russian (oral and writing)

Preferred:

• Experience of working in a similar capacity
• Experience of participation in software development projects
• IT literacy
